Your_Woman_A1.mp3 Your Woman (Alpha 1) [White Town] I've loved this song since I first heard it, but I've never seen a remix of it. I love the bass line right after the blippy bit. So, I remixed it myself, extending it a bit. I put the blippy bit at the beginning, looping the following bassline. I had to get creative for the mix into the first section of the song. I think I was off by a few samples, as you can hear a bit of phasing at 0:55. It sounds cool though, so i never changed it. I also repeated the loops at 1:34, 2:57, and at 3:57. Right before the blippy bit comes back, (3:43) I removed a bit of the guitar, as it was a little too much, and the song was getting long. I was going to cut from this guitarry bit to the end guitarry bit, but i wanted to keep the blippy part, and the end chorus, which I used in the beginning of the song. >> Not available on this machine << Your_Woman.mp3 Your Woman (Marxist Mix) [White Town] Same as the previous, but at 3:53, it breaks into a piano bit which i found on accident. My headphones were pulled out 1/2 way, and I ended up just listening to the surround channel of the song. I copied the section with the piano bit i liked, then i applied a "Cut Vocals" from Cool edit, which produced a mono piano track. I then applied "Warm Room" reverb to that, and then mix/pasted the drum loop over the resultant sample in the proper locations. I then pasted that into the song in the right place, and voila! 128 kbps, 44.1 khz, stereo (5:55)
