CMU MIDI Toolkit

This is the MacOS X / Darwin port of the CMU MIDI Toolkit from the Carnegie Mellon Computer Music Group. It is based on a snapshot of the CMT code base from early 2002.

This work depends on my MacOS X port of the PortMidi library.

This port was finished in early 2002. There are a number of outstandings issues in this code, mainly centering on scheduler issues. I don't plan on revisiting this code any time soon, so anyone is welcome to pick up where I left off.
