In case you were wondering:
The One-Act festival is an event held each year. First is the REGIONAL LEVEL. The top two from each region go onto the STATE LEVEL, where they compete with others from the state. After that, the top two go onto the NEW ENGLAND LEVEL where they compete, you guessed it, with high school theatre companies all over New England.
It is (usually) a very light atmosphere where people simply get together and watch good theatre.
