I had just found out my dad was gay, and I was stuck alone with his lover, Bill. We didn't quite know how to handle each other, and I needed to buy school supplies, so we hit the mall. After a few awkward moments, we just started talking... and laughing... and when we went out for dinner, we sat down and had a long heart to heart about my dad, Bill, his past relationships, my confusion, and all the rest. By the time we ordered dessert, we had gotten really close... and I didn't feel as awkward about him and my dad. We went home, and Billie explained about the drag shows he performed in and showed me pictures and videotapes. If it wasn't for Billie, I probably would have had a much harder time accepting my dad's homosexuality. I'll always be grateful, and he will always be my stepmom in my heart. And I remember meeting Greg at another lunch thing, I thought he was a doofus at first. :) And I remember meeting Angie, the beginning of the end (flying tackle of what?!?), and Cree, whose hair I envied since I met him (thats why I call him baldy), and Aileen I met on her way to meet Pete, all I could remember were those beautiful eyes, and Evanne, who the hell could forget Evanne, even if Jay didn't intro us, and then there was Olga, er I mean Stud, and Bloody Head Fairy at GT Rocks, and days of getting my assed whupped at Mortal Kombat, the .22 clip joke, Cree and me Velociraptor attacking Jen D, Sherm not knowing how to cook a steak, the infamous bugs bunny trick played on me, and so many many more memories. I remember about four...or maybe five years ago, I met spide who you occasionally see around here. In a run of bizarre coincidences (aka, when I meet Jeannie in Ross Bldg, the power went out and it took 20 minutes for the VAXen to be rebooted) I met spide in Ross lab. He was just a piddly labbie at the time, and was playing with the new laser printers. He got real busy trying to figure out why the load on VAXA kept climbing. It was to the point where it was nearly impossible to log on. The load hit a peak of 69 on VAXA. It turns out he sent a file to the printer which requested more information from the VAX, which gave the incomplete information back and it cycled forever. Once he killed the process, the load popped back to normal. I met Phantomstalker during sorority bid night...a bad time to meet anyone. I met Sherm when he and his best friend Aaron entered Jamin's room, and was happy that I was taller than someone. I met Merlin on the second floor of the Library, while he looked at my chest and kissed my hand on bended knee. I met Tas while he was walking with his shorts on, tennis racquet on one hand, a smile in his eye. What a baby face! I met Liz while we were talking about Tas, and we learned that we shared one pet peeve (not what, WHO!). I met the White Ninja in the vax lab, and it turned out that he lived down the hall from me, as did the Bloody Head Fairy. I met Blondie while I was in the library, we were typing spanish phrases to each other (she was on Cree's account). Now she and I are drinking buddies (hee!). I met Nutrocker while Blondie and I were talking about our menses! I met Jenn after she learned that her friend tried to rape me and she thought "Hey...she's pretty abnormal!". We ended up living together and whoring ourselves at Wegmens. I remember meeting Sol...annoying him by saying "I know what you are wearing" while he was sitting a row away, but without him knowing who I was. It's hard to miss that hair. I remember meeting fnord when we went out. I pretended to be a mute. He was proud of my 'car door closing' expreience. I met Dave during a meeting. He asked me how I was, and I told him "why the hell would you care?". Sigh...I don't remember how life was before you all entered it, and I hope I never have to experience what it would be like without y'all. My buddies! I hope that our friendship's last a lifetime! "You can talk?" and I said "Yeah...wow...so can you" I thought he was Deaf and was shocked to learn he was hearing. I remember the time my mom came up to school to visit. Jenn and Tom were doing "the deed" on her bed when we all walked in. Mom saw them both, scantily dressed and short of breath (but covered in blankets). Then the doorbell rings, and you tried to convince us, "oh, my mom is very liberal.. don't worry about her" I remember that time I was eating Reddi Whip out of the can in front of the refridgerator door, and I was so absorbed in making a nice tower in my hand, it fell to the floor and splattered all over. My sister was in the dining room and was mock-yelling at me ...."ohhhh.. you better lick that up before Mommy sees it!!".. and just to make her laugh, I got down on all fours and started licking it up loudly, getting it all over my face.... when all of a sudden, I realize that she stopped laughing... I had this weird feeling someone was behind me, and I turned around to look at my mother standing in the doorway with the weirdest look on her face...She forgot what she came in there for, so she just turned around real quiet and went back downstairs. It was very dark one night and we really couldn't see all that well. I was 12 at the time and running from car to car with my pals, punishing the people that we didn't like. The next day my whole family is on our way to New Jersey, minus air in the tires and minus reception for the radio. Dad suspected I had something to do with it, the way I gasped but he never found out for sure. There really is a God! What happened to some of the projects the group was going to do? I'd like to see some postings on those kinds of things, or postings to try to get people with similar interests together to actually make some difference in their lives while they are here. Since the rest of the class had already went up, and we only had about a half hour till the last ferry, we couldn't go up. We were really pissed about it and were just walking around on the island, till we came upon two older women sitting together on a bench. When they heard about our plight, they agreed to go up with us. (after much talking-into). The people at the gate agreed to let us go with them, provided that we stopped if the old ladies couldn't make the whole trip. We figured part was better than nothing, so we went. They were pretty cool. They even walked all the way up, and thanked us for having given them a great time. Anyway, I was outside the gym looking for stragglers who hadn't left school yet when I met Suzanne. I was walking down the hall and she waved and said hi. I turned, said hello, then assumed what can only be described as what I thought was my coolest pose (don't ask me to do this), and she walked up to me and started talkin'. We kissed before we left and exchanged phone numbers. The first time I went to pick her up, I was with my ex-best friend who, it turned out, was a long lost cousin of Suzanne. (It gets better) Anyway, I was with her when her best friend, my current girlfriend, called me about an ex of hers that I knew. We ended up talking for six-seven hours on the phone. We clicked but each had our own problems. She: had a boyfriend, (who she didn't care for) I : was dating her best friend, and she had a boyfriend. And her name was Susan (guess how easy it was to say hi to them) (I never though about just saying Sue). Anyway, each night we would talk for a while, some conversations got hotter than can ever be put in Lev_Society. But soon, my morals got in the way and I broke it off with her. Soon after, I asked out Suzanne, who then turned me down, saying she wasn't sure if I was asking her out because I liked her or if it was my morals. She was right, it was my morals. I felt I owed it to her to ask her out. Two days later, Susan boyfriend broke up with her and we decided that all of us would meet at the mall. Anyway, soon we were left alone yet Susan said she could not kiss me, because she felt that Suzanne would be hurt. Later she talked to Suzanne and Suzanne said that she wouldn't mind. So, in Arby's, in a back stall with no one around, we had our first kiss. Ps. The story of my ex-best friend is quicker. So, as she's reading the list, I reach into the game, yank out my character, (who has a flamethrower), and throw the character straight at a Sorority Poster nearbye. The Character from X-Men goes un-noticed (it is only 5 inches high) and proceeds to torch the poster. The flame engulfs the poster, and the Sorority Girl jumps back in surprise, dropping the evidence that will condemn our floor... that catches fire, too, and the whole Sorority House burns to the ground in cinders. I don't think anyone was hurt, though... but that'll teach those REM chicks to mess with the Master of X-Men! She was a year older then me. We were driving, one monday afterwork, to Montgomery Wards Auto Express, where they were taking a look at my car. I had noticed the previous friday that(well, noticed is not the word of choice, more like consciously overlooked.) she was holding hands with this guy from work at my party, I was throwing a party because I was housesitting for my mother. I was extremely pissed off about that because not more then three hours previous I had cooked her a fabulous dinner of chicken in white wine sauce(I didn't know she was, sort of, a vegetarian. She never eats red meat, but sometimes chicken, more importantly, she ate the feast). I served the meal with thick egg noodles and spinach(my favorite veggie). I saw them together, when I went to the refrigerator to get another beer (my 4th or 5th) and I had to walk past my mother's bedroom(since she was out of town for four weeks thats where I was sleeping.). I walked past, and saw them on the bed together. They were sitting up, she was sitting on his lap. Remember that this is the woman that told me that I was one of the few guys that understood her. I got my beer and proceeded to drink many more that night, as I do when I'm depressed. Me and my friend really bonded then, when we went on for hours talking about women are totally useless, and are only around to test our strength of will. Me and my oldest cousin, Lenny, took the hose around back and were trying to figure out what to do with it, when we noticed that the crabby old lady next door had a big hole in her basement door. Lenny stuck the hose (still running) in the hole, and we just stood there speechless for a few minutes and then something distracted us, and we left it for a minute, and then totally forgot about it. Then the old lady called the cops. Then we saw the cops and remembered real fast what they were there for. I had a lighter so we were set. But we couldn't think of anything cool to do with them. Then I noticed this pipe sticking out of the curb, heading towards our neighbors house. It was perfect. We shot bottle rocket after bottle rocket up the pipe, listening for the dampened poof. Well, after ten or so, it didn't poof. It banged. And the next thing we knew, water came pouring out of the pipe.
