This is Paradise World.
This is an entire world where no evil can exist outside of the mind,
seeing as the human mind is imperfect.
If one does something imperfect, it will fit into another plan and will
become again perfect.
If this is not perfectly understood, this is perfectly okay, as
perfectiveness is only as perfect as the perfection we know of.
If you don't understand, do NOT post here, because understanding is the
perfect place to start. Starting elsewhere is not perfect, and will be
frowned upon.
No fighting, creating dinosaurs, making devils and such that are evil;
basicly, nothing that will do harm to anything else. This is
perfection, and this is LEV.
If this is understood, gaze upon the perfect world and, if ever
possible, improve upon it. (Improving perfection makes it more
perfect.)

TLD steps out of the boat. He looks around at the beautiful world
created for those who like beauty and hopes that his dreams are not put
down and this topic squandered into nothingness.
He looks at his home, built to his specifications before he has ever
seen it, and knows that as each person arrives, his or her home will
also be there; perfectly as wanted.

It is perfectly clear, that in this "perfect" topic, made by the most
"imperfect" of everything, that this wanna-be-perfect topic, sucks!
OB Post:
Then enters Sherm. Sherm looks around and see this perfect world.
He sees TLD, and notices that the world is *definately* not perfect,
and someone messed up big time. He starts to chuckle. He notices the
house made by TLD, and sees that he needs help in design, so Sherm goes
over to the house and breaks all the windows.
"What a dump! I'm better off going to the Towne Pub!" And with
that, Sherm exists this not-so-perfect-wanna-be-monkey-lair, but not
before taking a huge dump right at the door of Monke---oppps! TLD's

Sol and Dazzler appear in a flash of LEV, admiring the intense and
pure beauty of this place. "Wow," says Sol.
Dazzler looks around uncertainly in this new Paradise. She is a
little uncomfortable here, for it seems almost too perfect... and also
very empty and unfamiliar.
"Don't worry, Alison," says Sol, "We're here for a new start. A
fresh beginning. It'll work out."
"How's this place different from VAXlandia, anyway?" she asks.
"Well," starts Sol, "I'm not sure. But I know this - people who
don't want paradise will be somewhere else. This is a place for the
people who need the peace and the happiness, for the people who are
tired of all the fighting and Personal Attacks. That was my dream for
LEV_SOCIETY long ago. A place for people who believed people could be
good, and that if they just tried, they could get along. All of us as
Brothers and Sisters, each of us showing each other mutual respect and
good will. But that was not to be, and so only a brief hum of the true
meaning was left. People being nice to each other only when it suits
them, only when they deem it convenient.
"This is our chance to try again, to replant the seed of human
kindness, to see how many are ready to try. This Utopia will be our
symbol. A symbol that we can bring harmony if we only try. Those who
do not believe it in their hearts, or who never wanted it can not
achieve it. But this is a place for those who have hope... and those
who have the will to make it better."
Alison sighs. "I hope we can do this."
Sol comforts her. "As long as we have that hope, we have already
taken the first step."

Sol and Dazzler are busy planting tulip-buds in what is to be their
new home. Far off, on a distant plateau, a visitor has come... a Roman
dressed in Bronzen Armor, holding a sword in one hand, and scales in
the other. He watches Utopia, and its perfection sets a pang in his
chest. "What that I could remain here," sighs the Roman.
Gracefully, unthreateningly, the Roman appears standing above the
two human beings. Sol and Alison look up. "Hello?" ventured Sol.
"Please, good sir," says the Roman, "I ask that you come with me."
He extends a hand, and his eyes are compassionate yet insistant.
"I don't understand..." says Sol, digging in the garden...
"Please. We must talk in private."
Sol looks back to Alison, and then gives a brief nod of
acknowledgement.
As Sol takes the Roman's hand, they both fade gently out of Utopia.
The two float in un-ness. Between topics.
"Why have you brought me here?" asks Sol.
"You were in Utopia, and I am afraid that the duty I am here to
perform is not very Utopian... but it is necessary."
"What do you mean?" asks Sol.
"I saw no need to upset your woman-friend. Know that in Utopia,
she will be taken care of, and will be happy..."
"What is all this about?" asks Sol, becoming genuinely concerned.
"You have broken the law of VAXlandia. You have killed. The
island has defenses, and has taken steps to heal and protect itself.
By the jurisdiction of note 7.256, I have no alternative but to turn
you to dust."
"Dust?" protests Sol, "but I brought them all back to life...!"
"That is why your judgement was delayed. But the damage has been
done, and cannot be revoked so easilly now. You knew the rules,
Solenoid T, and you must face your responsibility."
Sol lowers his head in the realization of what he has done. And
knows that there can be no backing off now. He closes his eyes,
breathes, and prepares himself. "okay," he says, "I'm ready."
"You face oblivion well," comments the Roman, "in the final plan,
this shall not be forgotten. Your dear Alison shall be happy in
Utopia, and shall be spared the emotional consequence of your passing,
Solenoid T."
With a touch of his sword to Sol's brow, Sol disintegrates to dust.
It is completely painless and humane. A mask and a ring drop from
Sol's possession, clinking on the un-ness.
The Roman takes both, and puts them in his robes for safe-keeping.
Then departs from the un-ness and returns to his station.
Sol.....

Alison finishes planting kiwi-trees in the yard. Satisfied with

some entertainment in the city. Sol seems occupied in his tree-circle,
so she goes off down the road.
Just before she gets bored with walking, a horse of jet-black comes
galloping up alongside her and offers her a ride.
"A talking horse!" she marvels. The horse grins and chews on a
carrot that has appeared at the side of his mouth.
"Talking's not that hard," comments the horse, "if ya put your mind
to it. My name's Jade." The horse extends a hoof.
"I'm Alison... but you're a black horse - why are you called
'Jade'?"
"I like the name," shrugs the horse with its horse-shoulders,
"After all, what would you have me call you? 'Biped'? 'Alison' isn't
very descriptive, I'm afraid."
She laughs. "No, I guess not."
The horse taps the ground and the last of the carrot turns into
butterflies. "So, ya goin' my way, ma'am?"
Never having ridden a horse before, Alison tries to mount on the
wrong side. "Hey, hey!" shouts the horse, "from the left!"
"Oh... sorry," she says.
"Hey, that's okay... its your first time, I can tell. Just be sure
to hold on tight."
She does as Jade instructs, grabbing a handful of mane in each
hand. "Okay," she says.
And the horse gallops off.

Alison and Jade ride for a day through the star-field backdrop.
The experience is unbelievable - like the sensation of gliding a 1 -
person aeroplane without the engine.
Smoothly, they come out of it, and the horse gallops onto a
brick-pavement.
"Where are we?" asks Dazzler. She stares around - they are in a
parking lot, and in the not-too-distant distance are several towering
buildings made of brick. A nearby sign reads, "D-Lot."
"We're in the Real World," says the horse.
Alison, in her excitement, dismounts and runs to the edge of the
road to get a better look. It is night, and the small flashing red
lights are beautiful. She breathes in the air, which has just a tang
of pollution in it. "The Real World," she smiles, "the Real World!"
She twirls around in the middle of the street. "This is wonderful!
I've always wanted to come here! And my wish has come true!"
She turns back to the horse. "Wait a minute. Are we still in
Utopia?"
"Depends," says Jade, "Do you -want- to be in Utopia?"
"No!" she says, "I want this to be real... I want this to be more
than just a responsiveness to my every wish... I want to experience
life as it really is."
"Well, then we're not in Utopia."
Dazzler stops and questions the logic behind this for a moment,
ceasing her dancing in the middle of the street.
"But if it's not Utopia because I don't want it to be, then
everything's still responding to my every wish..."
Suddenly, a car pulls up on the road with its sirens going - the
car is a cheap imitation of a City Cop Car. An officer gets out and
walks toward Alison.
"Hello?" she says.
"Ma'am, you're obstructing traffic. I need to see some
identification, please."
"But I don't have any..." she checks her jacket pocket, and she
doesn't.
"Is this your horse?"
"Well..."
"No horses on campus. I'll have to write you up for that. And I'm
afraid that since you have no identification, Miss... Miss..."
"Blaire."
"... Miss Blaire, that I'm going to have to take you in."
She is surprised.
"Did you want to be taken in?" asks the horse quietly.
"No!" she laughs, with a smile on her face, "Isn't this great? I'm
getting -arrested-!"
And the officer locks her in the back of his car.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Away, in his Circle of Trees, Sol sits, silently. He's had a lot
to piece together lately, and his Circle, his Solitude, seemed the best
place to start.
With his mind full lately, there seemed little hope of having the
time to think things through. His head felt like it was full of
cotton. Sol grimaces in disdain of that thought.
"So hey," came a voice from behind, "here we are again." It was
Dionelos. Sol turns around to look at him, but doesn't get up. After
a brief acknowledgement, Sol returns his gaze to the sea.
"Aren't you going to invite me to sit down?" asks the other-self.
"Sure," says Sol, "Why not?"
Dionelos sits at the edge of the plateau, dangling his legs over the
edge, right next to Sol.
"It's a long way down," says Dionelos.
Sol looked down. Yeah, it was.
"Well, you don't have a lot to say lately, do you?" asks Dionelos,
almost disappointed.
"Why? What do you want me to say?"
"Maybe you could tell me. There's certainly a lot going on in that
head of ours."
Sol sits some more.
"Come now, surely you have something to say."
Sol lowers his head and shakes it.
"Look, I know what you're thinking. I'm you, remember?"
"How can I forget?"
"Fine. Be that way, Sol. Let's start with VAXlandia, shall we?"
"My, you're annoying sometimes."
"Look, you have to straighten some stuff out here, and if you don't
listen to yourself, well, look around. There isn't exactly anybody
else."
"Fine. Given."
"Good. So obviously, you got really ticked."
"I wouldn't say ticked..."
"You were ticked."
"Okay, fine. Ticked. So what?"
"So there was no reason to be."
"What do you mean by that?" asks Sol, actually giving Dionelos his
attention.
"I mean, sure, there was a little mayhem and destruction. So what?
No one was bothering you... or anybody else. Anyone who had a problem
with it didn't post. Everyone was just having a little fun."
"But it was breaking the peace in paradise..."
"So what? If going around killing stuff is fun, let 'em! It's a
flippin' fiction, damn it. A story. Words on a page. You didn't have
any problem watching T2, did you?"
"No."
"And that was really violent."
"Yeah, but that was -supposed- to be violent. This was supposed to
be Paradise, where there is no famine, no war, no pain..."
"That doesn't exist in real life, Sol."
"I know that, dammit! Of course it doesn't. That's why we have
the topic. To show that if we all just WANT to, we can be peaceful and
treat each other fairly."
"That can't exist in Real Life either, Sol. We all have our darker
halves, including you. We always will."
"Yeah, that seems to be the general consensus, all right. But I
can't accept that. It's not as easy as dividing the world up into Good
and Evil. Life's not that simple. Destroy the evil, promote the good.
You can't -do- that. It's just so much more complicated than that.
Eisier to write off something as "bad" and be done with it, but boil it
down, and everyone's just trying to be happy."
"I think you're getting away from the point."
"Oh yeah? And what's the point?"
"They were having fun. Nobody was getting hurt. End Proof."
"But they don't even care about the meaning of the topic... they're
totally disregarding everything we've worked for, because they just
don't care."
"Who said they had to care?" says Dionelos matter-of-factly.
"What?"
"They're just following their imaginations just like you. Who says
they have to agree with you? They're allowed to think whatever they
want."
"But the topic..."
"Look, if everyone's content, and nobody's having a problem with
it, than I'd say it's -your- problem, Sol."
"Mine?"
"Yeah. You care too much what they think. Don't. If you know you're
right - leave it at that."
"But the dream..."
"Fine. Keep the dream. It's yours, always will be. They don't
need to believe it to be happy. And you don't need them to believe it
for the dream to be true."
"So, basically, you're saying..."
"...just shut up and enjoy yourself! Ya dumb ass."
Sol just sits and blinks. That's a lot to think about. "Touche',
Dionelos - I guess I gotta give you that one."
"Besides," says Dionelos, "The island is back to normal now.
Therefore, any further problems are your own fault."
Sol sighs. "Hey, I never claimed to be perfect."
"You can say that again."
Sol gives Dionelos a dirty look.
"Be seein' ya," says Dionelos. And with a grin, he is gone.

Sol sits on a rock, and puts on his Mask. He tries to see
VAXlandia, for he misses it nowadays. Through the eye-holes he sees it
all - NightBird's awakening, and her departure.
Also, he sees a hint of something he doesn't like.
"She -CAN'T- leave..." thinks Sol, "VAXlandia, ultimately, was
created out of her mind... if she goes, so does it...!"
"They need me there," he decides, "now more than ever. I thought
it was useless for me to even try to seek paradise amongst those who
could not believe. But that was never the point. Paradise is as much
what -I- make it as what -they- make it. If I don't share my part,
then there are those who will suffer for it. If I don't go back, the
island will fall apart. It already is, I can feel it. I have to show
them that I am willing to see my ideal through, or it can mean nothing.
I must show them that it -can- work... not hide off in this
other-region. They need me out -there-. In the Real Worl..."
Sol pauses in mid-soliloquy. "Real World." He laughs at the
irony. "Sometimes, that place is more real than anything on the
outside. Are we not at our most real when we expose our minds freely?"
He looks back at the tree-circle. "The ideal will never die for
me. But the Topic, the Conference is a symbol, and symbols can die. I
must protect it, not because its loss will kill the ideal, but because
as the Symbol lives, others may know, and they may find hope again."
Sol walks down the hill to their cottage to find Alison. There is
nothing left behind - the Circle has faded here, just as Sol willed it.
All that is left is a scrawl in the sand...
"no more fear"

In a shimmering array of sparkles, a military-looking figure in a
long, suede drover coat appears before Sol. "You have lost your way,"
says the figure in an echoing, distant voice. "You must find yourself
once more and be happy. Fear is the ultimate hindrance to all things,
and no matter how hard we try or say we try, there will ALWAYS be fear.
Let go of your feelings, let yourself slip into yourself... Feel your
conscious thoughts fly from you, as if flashing across a movie screen
in fast-forward, and concentrate on nothing. Act on what you sense to
be true, not what you think or pretend to know as true. You must
return to the Real World--someone is in great need of you there. I
must go now--remember what I have said here today. If you remember
these things and do as I have described, there is nothing anywhere that
can hold you back. Be true to yourself, Solenoid..."
As he spoke the last words, the figure slowly faded into thin air,
leaving traces of shimmering points of light that slowly faded as well,
then was gone. All that remained lying on the ground in front of Sol
was a pin--a symbol of some sort--an odd-shaped arrowhead set atop four
golden bars. "Derf..." said Sol quietly as he bent to pick up the pin.
Rising once more, Sol decided it was time to pay his old friend a

Sol takes the pin and attatches it to his sky-blue shirt. "Fear
holding me back... hmmm... and I thought it was just that damn big
Roman! Huh... what am -I- afraid of? My power of thought is just as
strong as his..."
Sol crosses his hands over his chest, then clasps his hands in the
teleport symbol, beaming out again.
(The in-between)
Sol floats in the un-ness, trying to re-materialize in VAXlandia.
But the transit is halted.
"Interference with the beam," thinks Sol, and he is thrown off of
VAXlandia once again, back into un-space.
The Roman stands before him, tall and proud. "The council has
reached a verdict - you paid penance for your crime, but still, you
killed, and so you are banished from VAXlandia forever. You may not
return, Solenoid, for that is the ruling, and so it must be.
VAXlandia's peace must be upheld in the way it was originally intended,
and it is my duty to see to its survival."
Sol floats and considers. "Well, look, I'm a good guy, okay? I
just had a spaz-run. Besides, it all happened because of Nightbird's
dreaming."
"What do you mean?"
"Everything that happened during the Darker Time was in some part
influenced by Nightbird's slumber. She's awake now. Everything that
came about as part of that dream has to fade away, now that she's
awake. Gone with her sleep."
"I... You are trying to confuse me, Mortal."
"Nope. Just fact. You are not fully real, for part of you is made
up of Nightbird's dream. And that part of you is gone forever."
The Roman, still feeling a bit odd, looks at his hands, his shield.
They fade and vanish.
"No!" shouts the Roman, "I'm disipating!"
"And you'll keep on disipating as long as you stay here," says Sol,
"because you are connected with VAXlandia as long as you exist here.
Break the connection and you'll be fine. Stay, and you'll fade with
it."
The Roman, unsure, doubles his efforts. But Sol just walks by him,
and there's nothing more to stop him.
"Banished... from my home...?" questions the Roman, "faced to die
if I return? VAXlandia fading? And I can do nothing to stop it...!
NOOOOOOO!"
And the Roman stays suspended in the un-ness.
