This experiment keeps the pattern center location constant while changing the
ratio (pattern size).  This experiment is to ascertain if LPS is efficient.

All images/patterns are in Sherlock internal format (indicated with the
extension of .raw).

All files ending with .gz are compressed using GNU's gzip program.
