INT, interview chair, Well dressed man in suit. TITLE: William Fearsom, 4th circuit court Judge Narator Brick never was arrested for violent crimes. When he did eventually run afoul of the law it was over a drug problem. William Well I first met Brick when he was brought before me on drug charges. He was apprehended attempting to buy Crack Cocaine from an undercover officer. Once in custody another four ounces of cocaine was discovered in his possession. William By the time of his arrest, Brick's crack problem had been in the tabloids for months. With that and the evidence being so overwhelming, there was no way that that any jury would be able to find him not guilty. William The DA offered a plea bargain agreement that would let Brick avoid any jail time. Brick really convinced me that he sincerely wanted to change. so I approved the plea bargain. In lieu of jail time Brick did a series of Anti- Drug commercials and did a was admitted to an intense drug treatment program at Betty Ford.
