Newborn Baby Photographer

Photograph, process, and sell images and keepsakes to mothers during their stay at Pennsylvania Hospital. Responsibilities included visiting every mother on my assigned floor; maintaining a cart equipped with a computer, printer, Nikon D80, SB-800 flash, basinet, and basinet camera; ensuring that mom’s whose babies stayed in the Intensive Care Nursery were given the option of professional photographs; and meeting or exceeding sales goals set by Our365.


My Santo Philadelphia, PA Winter 2009-Spring 2010

Assistant to Amy Santoferraro, Resident Artist at The Clay Studio

Developed solutions for the backing of enameled pendants that met the needs of the artist to keep costs low, in turn pleasing the customers with affordably priced neckwear. Assisted in various tasks including: Forming cups, preparing greenware, and glazing bisqueware Enameling, firing, decaling, and completing pendants in a successful effort to produce pieces that will be sold in galleries throughout the country.


Walking Fish Theatre Philadelphia, PA Spring 2010

Stage Manager

Managed casts and crew for three, one act plays by Mark Borkowski. Responsibilities included: Arranging rehearsals. Coordinating with the directors, designers, and board operator for proper wardrobe, scene changes, set design, sound and light. Maintaining the script including notes on positions, changes, props, sound, and light for each scene in each play. Calling cues during performances. Maintaining the cleanliness of the space.


Walking Fish Theatre Philadelphia, PA Fall 2009

Assistant Stage Manager and Puppet Builder

Worked closely with the stage manager on arranging rehearsals, and coordinating the various components of the production. Also built set pieces and helped the artistic director form various puppets for “The Good Puppet of Szechwan,” an adaptation of Bertolt Brecht’s “The Good Person of Szechwan.”


Center City Opera Theatre Company Philadelphia, PA Fall 2009

Assistant Stage Manager

Managed and assisted with a Fringe Festival production known as ConNEXTions involving four operas of varied length and subject. Called cues during the production, including a projection heavy performance.


Kutztown University Scene Shop Kutztown, PA Fall 2005 Spring 2006

Set Builder

Created set pieces and flats for use in various productions put on by the university. Maintained a warehouse of components and props as part of the team responsible for the development of set-ups on stage. Produced pieces from beginning to end using power tools including the table saw, chop saw, and nail gun.
