Writings > Defend Your Mind

I've noticed a number of people apologizing for stuff they've written that reflects their own true feelings. This is nonsense. If you really felt strong enough to write it down and put it out for all to see, then you should not apologize if someone doesn't like it.

I've written a lot of my thoughts down over the past few years, but most of it was destroyed over various screwups on my behalf (hardware and other things). I have never apologized for what I wrote, and I never will. I do not write to intentionally cause anger and offense from others, but I do not care if someone is.

They are my thoughts, and you have no right to critisize or belittle me because of them. Anyone who writes should keep that in mind, and so should anyone who reads such writing.
